{"id":11727,"date":"2026-10-23T13:50:47","date_gmt":"2026-10-23T11:50:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cfi.ch\/?post_type=postes&#038;p=11727"},"modified":"2026-10-23T13:50:48","modified_gmt":"2026-10-23T11:50:48","slug":"senior-it-manufacturing-analyst","status":"publish","type":"postes","link":"https:\/\/cfi.ch\/en\/placement\/postes\/senior-it-manufacturing-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior IT Manufacturing Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Schaffhausen, Switzerland<br><strong>Workplace:<\/strong> On-site \u2013 5 days per week<br><strong>Employment:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>About the Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We are looking for a <strong>Field Support Engineer \u2013 Manufacturing IT<\/strong> to join an IT team supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Schaffhausen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for critical manufacturing and laboratory IT systems, helping ensure their reliability, performance and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">You will work closely with local and global IT teams, as well as manufacturing and laboratory professionals, in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Provide day-to-day technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing and laboratory IT systems, including MES, PAS-X, Antares and Track &amp; Trace applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Support system configuration, updates and lifecycle management activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Investigate and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with local and global IT support teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Work closely with manufacturing, laboratory and IT teams to ensure system availability and operational continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Support IT activities related to projects, system changes and the integration of Operational Technology (OT) equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Manage user access, system configurations and technical documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations, including GxP, EHS and SOX.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Participate in the local on-call support rotation when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>At least 5 years of experience<\/strong> in IT infrastructure, technical support or a similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing, laboratory or industrial environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Familiarity with MES platforms such as PAS-X or similar manufacturing applications is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Good communication skills in <strong>German and English<\/strong>, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Experience mentoring or supporting apprentices would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">This is an opportunity to work in a technically challenging pharmaceutical environment where IT plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">You will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to specialized manufacturing technologies and contribute directly to the reliability of business-critical systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Interested in taking the next step in your IT career?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We would be pleased to hear from you.
