{"id":8482,"date":"2022-11-18T15:00:24","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T14:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cfi.ch\/?post_type=postes&#038;p=8482"},"modified":"2024-01-23T08:56:46","modified_gmt":"2024-01-23T07:56:46","slug":"it-technician-f-m-100","status":"publish","type":"postes","link":"https:\/\/cfi.ch\/en\/placement\/postes\/it-technician-f-m-100\/","title":{"rendered":"IT TECHNICIAN (F &#8211; M)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-block-type=\"core\">For one of our clients, we are looking for an :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>IT TECHNICIAN (F &#8211; M)<\/strong> 100%<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Your role is to ensure IT business continuity and support in a&nbsp;industrial environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Main responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the IT infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Responsible for IMAC operation (Install, Move, Add and Change) and monitoring of needed IT tools (i.e. PC, Laptop, Servers, VPN, peripheral devices etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Manage problem-solving tasks and ensure proper escalations to Management and proper involvement of suppliers to solve issues when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Guarantee high quality physical intervention to promptly solve field issues blocking the daily business of the employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Update Documentation System, documenting all user related information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Support IT projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Proactive, flexible and service oriented, you possess excellent communication skills as well as a talent for organisation. You are used to work in fast moving, complex environments, interacting with a wide variety of people, and know how to set priorities.
