Are you an experienced IT professional with a background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)? We are looking for a Senior MES Analyst to support critical manufacturing and laboratory IT systems in an international pharmaceutical environment in Schaffhausen.
You will work closely with local and global teams, combining hands-on technical support, system improvements and project activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and maintain MES applications, including Werum PAS-X, Antares and Track & Trace.
- Manage system configurations, upgrades and lifecycle activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with IT and manufacturing teams to find solutions.
- Support IT projects, system changes and OT equipment integration.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and system reliability.
- Participate in on-call support when needed.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows and SQL Server.
- Experience with Werum PAS-X or similar MES systems, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of Azure and AWS.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated environment is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
- A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys solving technical challenges.
